A Time of Global Transformation and Change
My dear ones, this is Mary and Yeshua.
Thank you for listening in on what we are about to convey for this is important. We want to spread the message of love and clarity. Even though today’s events are seen as times of great strife and transformation.
We want to let all of you know that everything is alright. We and the galactic ones are working to bring this world to a place of greater peace. It may not seem that way but trust in yourselves that the divine is working with you, not against.
Navigating the Age of Misinformation
It is very easy to get caught up in your media. The fear being sold to your hearts is no longer serving you. Your doubts and worries bring you down to a low vibrational state, and could potentially invite entities that do not have your best interest at heart.
Please take time to create sacred space. Allow yourself to quiet down the nervous system, and breathe in deeply, and slowly. Focusing on the breath permits you to clear your mind. Release any tension upon the breath.
Allow to have some quiet time and anchor in that light. Allow the vibrations to rise as you breathe. You can use any breathing technique as long as you are breathing deeply.
Let Us Breathe
Breathe deep into the nose down to the belly, hold for 5, then out all the way, hold for 5, then in all the way, hold for 5, then out all the way.
Repeat this as many items as you like until you have recognized that your mind is at ease. Your breath is your best friend and can help you relax in times like these.
Let your body direct you in what calls for peace. Your bodies know better than your brain for whatever it needs to unwind.
The Role of Lightworkers in Today’s Challenging Times
Take this time to consider what you can do to align with your heart, and let the heart pull you into the flow of whatever fills you with joy. This is the path of choosing the higher self and letting your guides be there.
Allow yourself to surrender to the process, and let go of any constructs, illusions, or systems that hinder you from fully embodying your true self.
You’re meant to be the light within and with that light; You embody Christ Consciousness. A state of mind where you truly know the divine is within you and is here to help you during this lifetime.
Do not worry about what other people have to say or what they think of you, their perceptions are their own, and you have yours. Do not let them tell you otherwise in pursuing your truth, and know that you are guided along the way with love and beauty.
There is a rift that happens when you live your truth to those around you and this can be quite a challenge. Rocking the boat is part of the process, and fully acknowledging your truth will set you free on a path of truly living your best life.
Divine Support: Ancient Allies in Human Evolution
Now is the time to choose what you want to do in your life and what you do will determine the future you planned before being born on this earthly plane.
You might ask, how do I know I’m guided by the divine? All you have to do is ask. Your guides, angels, and Source of the highest love and light, with your highest and greatest good. Ask whatever comes to your mind at your heart’s content, and listen to the sound of your breath.
That is how they communicate with you. Let them be your guides and listen intentionally even if you do not hear anything. Pure silence might be the state you need for the moment.
Embracing the Divine Path Forward
One final thing, please be considerate of your media as you all know that things are not what they seem. The veil is thinning surrounding the corruption and you are living in interesting times indeed.
This is the time to create space for the new self.
