A grounded, research-informed exploration of automatic writing that prioritizes discernment, psychological safety, and personal sovereignty.
Automatic writing has been framed as psychic ability, spiritual channeling, or creative trickery.
This workshop approaches it differently.
The Automatic Writing Lab is a live automatic writing workshop that explores subconscious writing through psychology, neuroscience, creativity, and spiritual inquiry. This grounded approach helps participants experience automatic writing safely while developing discernment, reflection, and personal agency.
Rather than telling you what to believe, this workshop teaches you how to experience the state safely, interpret it responsibly, and remain sovereign in your meaning-making.
